Delivery Area

We ship exclusively within Switzerland and to Liechtenstein. Orders from other countries unfortunately cannot be processed.

Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

  • Switzerland & Liechtenstein: Shipping costs for orders within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein depend on the order quantity and are clearly displayed in the shopping cart.
  • Dispatch time: Most orders are shipped within 24 hours after receipt of the order.
  • Delivery: Delivery usually takes place within 1–3 working days, depending on postal delivery.

  • DHL – for express deliveries, where available

Customs & Taxes

As we ship exclusively within Switzerland and to Liechtenstein, no additional customs duties or taxes are to be expected. All prices already include:

  • VAT
  • Tobacco taxes
  • Shipping costs

You will not receive any additional payment requests from customs or tax authorities.

Packaging & Discretion

  • Your order is packed neutrally and discreetly, with no indication of the contents.
  • We ensure secure and stable packaging to avoid damage.

Delivery Address & Changes

Please check your delivery address before completing your order. We accept no liability for incorrect information.

A change of delivery address is only possible as long as the order has not yet been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible at shop@snuskingdom.ch or +41 58 255 14 70.

Shipment Tracking

  • Tracking is only possible for parcel shipments.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation by email with your tracking number as soon as your order has left our warehouse.

Undeliverable Shipments

  • If your shipment cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, it will be returned to us.
  • In this case, we will charge new shipping costs for a reshipment.
  • If the shipment is not collected or is undeliverable, we reserve the right to retain the goods and not issue a refund.

Disclaimer

  • We accept no liability for delays caused by postal services or force majeure, such as strikes or natural disasters.
  • Damaged shipments must be reported immediately to the postal service. SnusKingdom is not liable for transport damage.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns are not possible, as snus is a fresh and hygienically sensitive product, similar to food.

In the case of incorrect or damaged deliveries, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt at shop@snuskingdom.ch.
